Direct Placements

  • Looking for a full-time employee?

  • We search internal and external databases to find the right person to meet your needs.

  • As we locate candidates, we narrow and forward you the list of the top talent for your review.

  • If you like any of the candidates, we will coordinate a time that works best for you to interview the candidates.

  • If you decide to hire any of the candidates, we will represent you in the negotiation of the employee's pay, benefits (if any), and duration of employment.

  • Ultimately, we find the people. You determine who you want to hire.

Staffing

  • Looking for an employee to fill-in on a short-term basis? Seasonal demands? Short-term projects? 
    Or, long term, but would like to test them out first?

  • We will search and recruit many databases to find the candidates that best match the criteria and skill set you're seeking.

  • Upon finding those candidates, we will forward their résumé for your review to determine if you would like to schedule an interview, and we will coordinate it for you under your time constraints.

  • If you decide to hire the candidate(s), we will perform a drug and criminal background check and process all of the necessary paperwork for employment.

  • The candidate will be employed under BEStstaff, but work for you. At anytime, you may notify us to release the employee or request to hire them directly.

Payroll Services

  • BEStstaff can relieve you of all payroll processes.

  • Our online reporting system allows employees to conveniently report start and end times electronically.

  • We will file all necessary payroll paperwork, including W-4's, 941's, and W-2's.

  • We will process all statutory costs, including federal and state employment taxes, unemployment insurance, workers compensation, and the expense of administrative and termination processes.

  • Our internal and external controls require supervisory approvals prior to processing employee pay. 

  • Direct Deposits are utilized for weekly or biweekly pay.
